- Arthritis, Spondylitis, Sacroiliitis, Enthesopathy, Osteoporosis, Hypertrophic Ostoarthropathy
- Anaemia is common due to chronic disease and gastrointestinal blood loss.
Tests and Imaging
- Elevated ESR and C-reactive protein.
- Xray
- HLA-B27 positive
Immediate Treatment
- Anti-inflammatories – with care due to possible worsening bowel inflammation.
- Immunosuppressants

- Podiatry for management of foot pain, splinting/orthotics, footwear advice and strengthening exercises.
